Would you happen to know why our JCB Purchasing Card is not being accepted by the Box payment system?

Although I have already contacted Box support directly, I have not yet found a clear solution, so I wanted to consult here as well.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly provide a general answer:
Is it possible to use a JCB-branded credit card to make payments on Box?

To answer your question, JCB is eligible for customers located in Japan as documented in this support article: Payment Methods Accepted by Box. JCB cards are fully supported on our platform and can be used for both billing and subscription payments.
