I lost the mobile phone I was using for two-factor authentication for the account I was using so far, so I can't log in. How do I log in? I created a new account just to ask this question.

I can't log in to my original account because of two-factor authentication. I couldn't contact the support site if I couldn't log in, so I created a new account and asked a question here.
How can I contact the support site without logging in?
