About Bandwidth Usage
When the bandwidth usage limit is reached, such as when downloading from publicly available shared links, is there any way for the administrator to detect it?
When I reach a predetermined amount of bandwidth usage, a limit is imposed.
Is there any way for the administrator to detect this, such as sending an email before the limit is reached?

We do not currently have a feature like emailing the Admin prior to hitting the allotted space. If you would like to see us add this to our roadmap please ensure you submit this feedback to our product team at https://pulse.box.com.
In the meantime, you could create a custom script to check for this. The user object contains both space_used and space_amount.
