Not seeing code 

I have two box accounts, one is personal and one is required access through a broker dealer.  I have no trouble with the personal account.  I originally started to use the broker dealer account through my personal email, but was then corrected to use my broker dealer email, which is different.  I am able to log in, but when asked to give a six digit authenticator code, it says the numbers are incorrect.  I’ve tried the Google Authenticator.  I need to speak to someone to help me with this.  I’ve tried to use these resources to answer the question and it’s not working.  I need help.  I can’t do my job effectively.
