6.12.5 - Crashing on Startup

New update has caused the app to crash on startup. Clearing data and cache resolves the issue temporarily, but you have to clear data and cache every time you want it to work properly.

I know they just announced EoL for Android 11, but in it's current state the app no longer functions 🤔
 
Device is a OnePlus 6 running Android 11.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help address this!

As previously communicated, after the launch of Android 13, the Box Mobile app will no longer support the use of Android 11. This end of life (EOL) is due to our company policy around operating system support.

"After the EOL date, Android users will be able to continue to use any previously downloaded versions of the apps on devices running Android 11. However, the Box team will not be releasing bug or crash fixes for these unsupported versions and these users will not be able to install new versions of the apps until they update their device. To continue receiving the latest versions and stay up to date, please update your device to the latest version of Android."
