We've developed a third-party app that uses box API. However, some of our users encounter error: <530 Box: FTP is not enabled for free users. Upgrade here: https://www.box.com/upgrade>, when they try to connect their box with FTP to our app.
Is there any solution for this issue?
Are they on a paid Business or Enterprise Box plan? FTP is available to business and enterprise accounts — except trial accounts — for bulk migration of data. It is not available for personal accounts (free or pro). ->https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697414-Using-Box-with-FTP-or-FTPS

I am trying to upload the data to box folder for the client via filezilla. It is throwing me an error that 530 authentications failed. I did try resetting the password, but it did not work.
