I am supposed to have 50GB (life bonus) of storage with my free plan. It's only showing ~10GB? It's been a while since I signed up with promotion and that 50GB was not supposed to expire. Can you help?

    From what I can see on my end, there's no sign that you have signed up for 50GB lifetime storage in this account. You need to sign in using the correct email.
