Hello --


Hi, I have been trying to verify my email for several days (as part of updating profile).  I follow the link, get prompted to create a new password - when I press "set password" button it sends me to 


403 Forbidden


Attempting a prohibited action


Because of this, when I attempt to view my Activities in Box Support, I receive the following: 


"You have an unverified email


You can’t view requests because one of your email addresses has not been verified. Click here to verify your email"

 

And the whole cycle starts again. I click to verify email, get prompted to create a  password, and receive "Forbidden, attempting a prohibited action".

 

Please advise!

Hello, can you please get back to my more urgent query please? I have tried this and it does not work. I deleted cookies a different device tried a whole different private browsing. Nothing is working and I’m really getting fed up with the box service here.


There is no live chat support and it’s taking days to even get a reply. Please undo the email request keep that as is. I need to make sure these two individuals are in the data room. Thank you.

J’arrive pas à modifier l'adresse émail de mon association qui à changer de nom et donc le nom de domaine sera supprimée et donc je pourrais plus me connecter...


J'ajoute que j'ai essayé sur different navigateurs
