Hoping the community has seen something like this:
We have a user that cannot open Google Docs/Sheets that she created in Box. She can open others. When she tries to open those particular documents, she gets a 403 error from Google. Other documents open fine.
Google and Box support have not been able to assist, and keep pushing the issue back at the other provider.
Has anyone experienced this?
We've tried different computers, browsers, networks, etc etc.
