Box says 4 of 3 seats used, buy more seats.  But under the list of people in managed users there is only me.  


Under external users are 3 people, but I cannot delete them.  I would like to add 2 employees to cover the 3 seats I just bought.

That sounds super confusing — if it says 4 of 3 seats used but only shows you under managed users, it’s likely that the external users were mistakenly added as managed users or there's a sync issue. You might want to check if those external users were ever converted or partially added to your enterprise. MyLabCorp

Since you can’t delete them manually, it’s probably best to contact Box Support and ask them to reset or remove those users from your license count so you can assign the seats to your actual employees. Definitely not ideal, but they should be able to sort it out quickly.
