4 added seat users excluded from the managed user list but, want to use their original account.

We have 4 added seat users, we don't know why they were added and we want to remove them from the seat and revert to the original 3 seat users.

The added 4 are only excluded from the managed user list and want to use their original account.

Is there any way this is possible?

    I have a similar problem - we are using 44 of 53 seats and there seems to be no way to reduce the number of seats to match our actual number of users
