I am trying to upload a dashcam video that was recorded during my accident. I am uploading this to a Box account that USAA has paid for. When the video is uploaded, only first one second of the 30 second video will play. This is true for me, and also true for the insurance adjuster trying to view the video. How do I get the complete video uploaded and viewable?

Also note that I attempted the same thing via my Android phone. Tried uploading from the phone app. Same issue. So that rules out browser, I think. When I uploaded it from laptop, I was using Chrome browser.
