2FA working for log in but not in the development console

I setup 2FA via google authenticator, It works on log in, but is not working for the creation of private and public keys, deletion of custom apps, and all of that

    I have the same issue. I can set up 2FAs such as SMS, mail and authentication app but they don't work for the creation of private and public keys.

    Would you please give me a help?
