2FA SMS saying phone number invalid?

I'm trying to setup 2FA SMS and it's saying phone number invalid?

I have tried multiple times and and I am selecting the correct country (USA).

I get the same issue with email as well. When I try to set up using my default (work) email address, I receive: "The email you selected is invalid."
