Hi,

We have lost access to our admin account to the 2FA enabled. Our backup codes no longer work. Please assist in resetting our 2FA.

To reset your Admin account’s Multi-Factor Authentication I’m going to submit a new case and a member from Box Product Support team will be reaching out through email.
