My account has been locked out because my phone number has been changed and I cannot reset my 2FA:

The user should contact Box Support directly in order to address his/her 2FA issue.

They tried reaching out directly, but then it required them to type in 2FA to log in to be able to post a comment on the support channel. How can he do it if he can't authorize his 2FA?
