We have a number of users who log into Box.com using the latest Edge and Chrome browsers on up to date Win10 22H2 systems on our corporate network.
Their Box.com accounts are set up to use 2FA.
Over the past couple of months, these users have reported that after logging in, they end up at a blank white screen.
During that same time, our proxy/firewall team has been making changes to the proxy configuration.
If I turn off 2FA for a user, they can then connect successfully to Box.com and see their files and folders. Once I turn 2FA back on, then after logging in, they reach a blank white screen.
Also, if I take a user's system and connect it directly to the internet, bypassing our proxy/firewall, when the user logs into Box.com using 2FA, they log in successfully and see their files.
Is there a document that explains how the proxy/firewall should be configured to allow connections to Box.com when accessed using a web browser.
I saw this article but wasn't sure if the information applied to using the browsers to access Box.com:

Thanks!
