2FA issues?

I have had issues with my account being hacked. I had 2FA but it was apparently ignored. Now, I have disabled 2FA. When I go to re-enable it, it 1) Never shows the QR code for the authenticator app and 2) It says my phone number is invalid when I try to setup SMS again. What is going on with 2FA on here?

Hi, any update on this problem? I have the same issue as OP. QR code never shows to finish setup and I can't add now a phone number
