I wanted to upgrade my 2FA from SMS to an authenticator app, so removed the SMS so I could get set up with a QR code. Now I am unable to set up any 2FA. The QR code load box hangs and doesn't generate anything, and when I try to set up SMS or email I get failure messages. Please help!

Update: closing all tabs, clearing out cookies and restarting the browser solved this. Feels like a session cookie issue.
