Hi. I had 2FA enabled for my phone number. I wanted to change it to app so I removed the phone 2FA and tried to setup it with app code. When I do that, when I enter the code it says the code is wrong. Can you help me?

It appears that the Box account you’ve used to login the Community is not MFA enabled.

Hello, I was invited as a collaborator to a Box folder by a company. However, I accidentally deleted the Okta Verify app from my phone, and now I cannot log in due to missing MFA. I do not work for the company that invited me, so I do not have access to their IT team or admin. Could someone from Box support help me reset my MFA or reach the admin?
