can I also select whether a user has enabled 2FA when I run a Box Reports? Can't find this option when I run a Box report.

You may run a User Activity report to see the list of your users who has enabled 2FA on their account.
See the following steps below on how to Run this report:
- Log in the admin account
- Go to Admin Console
- Click Reports > Create reports
- Choose "User Activity"
- Set the time period/ date range of the report you need (you can set the date range up to 1 year)
- Users or Groups: leave blank to search all user accounts
- Action Types: Under the Login section, choose Login Verification enabled, then click "Run".
- Wait for the report to be completed, and once the report has been exported to your Box Reports folder, feel free to download the file and open with Excel.
