I cannot log into my box.com account as it is requiring the 2FA authentication code. I have never set this up and need access to my box immediately. Please help!

By any chance, are you referring to your alternate Box account? Seems that the account you've used to post in this Community forum isn't 2FA enabled.
If so, please create a new ticket and use your affected Box email.
