Another user who cannot access their account due to 2FA. I can’t set it up as I can’t access my account settings without being logged in.

To address the user’s Multi-Factor Authentication, the affected user must contact the Box Product Support team personally to proceed. Please have the user to submit a new case using this link

Can someone help me cancel 2FA on one of the external user accounts?Unfortunately, this account can no longer be accessed due to a new phone.

Disabling the user’s MFA will require account specific verification. We encourage that you have the user to submit a support case
