Is it possible to fix my 2FA? Apparently it's tied to an old number that I haven't used in years. Even tho I'm receiving the codes on the number I'm using now. I resolved this issue in the past by using my original browser that I logged into, however I don't have physical access to that device at this time.

    Have you login to your Box account and update the phone number associated with your 2FA?

    You may follow the steps in this article on how to remove your old phone number and then re-setup your 2FA with your new number: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697154-Multi-Factor-Authentication-Set-Up-for-Your-Account
