Hello!


My colleague needs to get access to her BOX account as soon as possible.  She used an authentication app that is no longer supported by our company and it needs to be reset to use her phone number.  


We've tried every which way to reset password or remove access and restablish access, but always comes down to the 2fa on her account.  Can you please reach out to her directly via email or phone number and get this fixed asap, please!
