Unfortunately, I can't get any further with support.
My problem is that the account was blocked due to too much traffic.
- I have booked the highest plan I can buy on the website
- I can't reach anyone from the sales team in the Munich office - tried more than 5 times - idea to discuss the Enterprise plus plan
- On https://www.box.com/shuttle it says "Petabyte-scale content migration, simplified" ... I want to organize about 200TB of data
- But the lock occurs when I sync 2 TB of data - this happens because of the fair use policy (https://www.box.com/de-de/legal/fairusepolicy)
- The account is now blocked for 30 days, so I can no longer work with the data for 30 days, which is logically a problem for my company as we need this customer data
- The support can't show me a solution
-All in all, I wonder how I can become a customer? The promise on the website made me buy the annual plan "Petabyte-scale content migration, simplified"
Hence, the post here, I wonder how other companies manage large amounts of data with Box?
Maybe you can help me or users from the community have tips for me?
