One of our users forgot her password and has been locked out of box.  I did resend her the link to reset her password but it won't let her unless she goes through a 2 step verification process and that's not working either.  She uses box to communicate with a lot of important clients and we need her up and running.  If you look on our managed users, her name is chernandez and her email is 


The company name on our account would be under Christopher Miller, CPA and we are currently on the Business Plus Plan.
