I want to make 2-factor authorization required for all managed users in my organization. According to Box's website, it says that this is something that comes with our plan. However, when I log in as an admin, the box to make the 2-factor authentication required is grayed out and it will not allow me to check it. Can someone please help me with fixing this as it is a major security risk?
