When my boss logs into I get the 2 factor notifications on my phone even though he is logging in through his account. How do we get the 2 factor notifications go to his phone when he is logging in?

Need help in setting up 2 factor authentication.  I have the Microsoft Authenticator and need it configured to use your MFA.  Read your info piece but can’t find my account option to set up 2FA.
