Hello, like some previous posts, the software is not accepting my phone number for authentication. I have tried different formats XXXXXXXXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, (XXX)XXX-XXXX, (XXX)-XXX-XXXX, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, but it keep saying its invalid. I am putting in my correct phone number, how can I get around this? Thank you

Upon checking your Box account, you have not enabled your Multi-Factor Authentication. 


Just so we're clear, are you having trouble setting up your MFA? If so, a screenshot of your error would be helpful.
