2段認証の解除方法を教えてほしい

携帯電話番号が変わった為、2段階認証プロセスを削除しました。
メールに届くように選択しました。
認証コード（6桁）が届いたので、入力した後、電話番号を聞いてきたので、新しい番号を入力したのですが、登録が出来ません
やり方を教えて下さい。
