Hi, I received an email stating that if I download the box app during August I will receive additional 10 GB storage. I downloaded the app, but didn't receive the storage. Didn't find any answer on the forum regarding how to solve this issue. Thanks

    Hi I also did not get the additional 10GB storage even though I had an email saying I would receive. Thanks Evros
