I am trying to get some support with my box being full, even though I have deleted items to free up space. I am at my 10 GB free limit, but cannot get any space back after deleting items. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.


In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
