10.7 GB of 10.0 GB used but I cleared out my files

I am "out of space" but I don't currently have any files of my own active.

(I am a collaborator on other's accounts, but no files of my own)

I am a long time box user and have tried to delete every file but I am still "full" is it possible for you to run this script for me and see if it helps?

    Hi Sherri, 

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
