・アカウント設定→通知→受信する通知の選択 で関連するアクションにチェックを入れたが、関係者がBoXにファイルをアップロードしても自分のメールアドレスに通知連絡が届かない。
何が原因か、どのようにすれば修正できるか知りたい。
