先日メールサーバーでDNSの設定を誤ってしまい、BOXの通知メールがバウンスしてしまいました。

おそらく抑制リストに登録されてしまったと思われるのですが、個人の無料版でアカウントを使用している為、抑制リストがありません。

現状のアドレスのまま、通知メールが届くようにするにはどうしたらいいでしょうか。

 

※メールサーバーでDNSの設定は約7週間前に設定を正常に戻しています。

The other day, I made a mistake in the DNS settings on the mail server, which caused the notification emails from Box to bounce.

I believe the address may have been added to a suppression list, but since I am using a personal free account, I don’t have access to view or manage the suppression list.

What should I do to ensure that notification emails are delivered to my current address?

Please note: The DNS settings on the mail server were corrected and have been normal for about seven weeks now.
