日本語ですみません。私は無料ユーザーなので、10Gのはずですが、およそ53Gほどあります。 2013年(？)ぐらいに登録し、初期はよく使用してたものの、その後はほとんど使ってなくBOXのことをすっかり忘れていました。で、数年前に写真を保存してたとき、容量がなんか増えてる？と思ったんですがあまり気にしないまま保存し終えて、またほとんど使用してませんでした。で、今日(2022年11月13日)にまたBOXに来たところ、やっぱりおかしいと思い調べたところ、やはり10Gでないとおかしいということに気づきました。有料版を押してしまってるとかでしょうか？でも支払いなどの手続きのお知らせなどは来ていません。よくわからないので教えていただけるとありがたいです。どこで聞けばいいのかわからずやっとここに辿りつきました。よろしくお願いします

I am a free user, so I should have 10G, but I have approx. 53G. I registered in 2013(?) or so.

I registered in 2013(?) and used it a lot in the beginning, but after that I hardly used it and forgot all about the box.

I had forgotten about the box and when I was storing photos a few years ago, I thought that the capacity had increased. I thought that the capacity had increased a few years ago, but I didn't pay much attention to it and finished saving the photos, and I hardly used it again.

Then today (Nov. 13, 2022), I came back to the box and thought it was strange, so I checked it out and realized that it must be 10G.

Is it possible that I have pushed the paid version? But I haven't received any notice of payment or any other procedure. I'm not sure what's going on, so I'd appreciate it if you could tell me. I don't know where to ask, so I finally found this place.
