他社box使用時、アカウント付与頂きたいのですが、1名のみ共有頂く際に「無効にされたユーザーはコラボレーションに招待できません」と表示され共有して頂けません。他社、自社管理部門へ問い合わせした所、メーカー様へ問い合わせして下さいとの事でしたのでこちらで質問させて頂きます。
共有頂けない方は他社へ出向後自社へ復帰されましたが、他のシステム(MS365等)は問題なく使用しています。
