Question
削除したフォルダーを復元できません
Hi
Welcome to Box Community and we’re glad to help recover your deleted folder!
If you happen to experience too large error while restoring a deleted folder. The restore will fail if the owner’s quota is exceeded.
To fix it, the owner deletes or permanently deletes unnecessary files (move to Trash → then permanently Delete) to free quota. Otherwise, you need to increase your storage limit via Box upgrade once you do try the restore again.
Hope it helps, and please let us know if you have additional questions.
