会社内でboxを重複して契約してしまった。

先日ビジネスプランでBOXを契約したのですが、社内で既にBOXを契約していたようで重複した契約となってしまっています。私が契約したBOXを解約し、既にあるBOXの契約を使用したいのですが難しいでしょうか?

併せて、ビジネスプランからビジネスプランプラスにアップグレードした際に、差額ではなく満額請求されているように感じるのですが正しいのでしょうか?

I signed up for a Box business plan, but our company already has an existing Box subscription, so this resulted in a duplicate contract.
Is it possible for me to cancel my subscription and instead use the existing company account?

👋 Hi ​@DDKK, hope you’re doing well. I’ve moved your post to the topic you originally submitted to avoid duplicates.


If you want to keep using the same email linked to your current Box account, you don’t need to cancel it. Instead, you can request a downgrade to a Free Individual account. After that, the admin of your company’s Box account can invite you to join as a managed user. Cancelling the account would keep your email tied to an existing enterprise, which would prevent you from joining another Box account.


I see you’ve already submitted a cancellation ticket. You can reply to that ticket and let the Cancellation team know you’d prefer to downgrade instead. Please note that both downgrade and cancellation requests are reviewed in accordance with Box’s Terms of Service.


Regarding your upgrade inquiry: starting a new subscription begins a new term and charges the full amount. However, you’ll automatically receive a partial credit for any unused service period from your previous subscription, which will be applied to the new one. If you have questions about your invoice or billing statement, you can reach our Billing team at billing@box.com.
