boxアクセス→アカウントログイン成功→二段階認証でコードがわからない為ログインができません。
二段階認証の解除をお願いできますでしょうか?


補足:
・対象者はログインができずフォーラムに投稿できない為、私が代理で投稿しています。

When accessing Box → Account login successful → Unable to login because I don't know the two-factor authentication code. Would it be possible to disable the two-factor authentication?
