アカウントのストレージサイズの上限に達しました。と表示され、ファイルをアップロードできなくなりました。ファイルのデータを削除しましたが、アカウント設定の使用済みストレージの容量は変わりません。容量を最適化し、再度アップロードする方法を教えてください。
