ウェブ上ではログインできるのに、アプリでログインできない

ダウンロードしたWindows用アプリでログインしようとすると

ログイン資格情報が無効です

と表示されます。パスワードを変更するメールも届きません。

Hello, I have a question about BOX.app.

I correctly downloaded the app but not able to log in due to ' I have no qualificaiton to log in' like a red box in the following image.

Since I am now able to use BOX on a blowser, It seems to be authorized of using box on app too...

Please tell me how to figure out.

We are experiencing similar issues at our company.

I can log in from my PC, but when I try to log in from my smartphone, I get the message "Invalid login credentials" and can't log in.

Please tell me what to check and how to log in.
