アップロードに失敗したファイル

１４GBあるファイルをアップロードしようとして、２度失敗しました。その後、PCを立ち上げるたびにファイルをアップロードしようとして、毎度失敗しているようです。このファイルをアップロードする必要がないのですが、どうやったらアップロードのトライをやめられますか？
