The renewal email has been sent to junk email, and the credit card has also been canceled, so payment has been delayed. Where should I pay?


"An error occurred while processing the request.
The payment information could not be processed. Double-check that all fields are correct and try again. Is displayed and I cannot register a new credit card. Therefore, it seems that the account will be closed without payment. What should I do?

I cannot update and register the new credit card for the payment. Please advise how I can proceed.


I received the same errors that other people wrote here. 


When I tried to upgrade to box Personal Pro and input credit card information, I received the following error.

I inputted other credit card information but it didn't work either. I believe the information I put was correct. Can you help solving the issue?


これ日本人だけでしょうか?私も同じようなエラーがでています。支払いの画面がドル建ての場合は、ドルではだめだというエラーが出て、日本円では処理できないというエラーが出ています。
