The Download button only flashes on the screen at the beginning for a second and then vanishes, YES, DOWNLOADS were AUTHORIZED When the link was created. How can I fix this?

A few questions to help determine the issue and assist with troubleshooting:
- Is the shared link working properly on different devices, network connections, or browsers? Can you try clearing your cache and cookies before accessing the file and checking the download button again?
- Are you logged into Box when the issue occurs?
- If you are a collaborator and the file is password-protected, have you reached out to the file/folder owner to check the settings?
- Is the file watermarked? See Watermarking files to learn more.
Note: When using a shared link to access watermarked content, non-collaborators must have a Box account to download watermarked files or folders.

It's not a problem with Box, I've found the same link shows the download button on other browsers. It's a mobile Chrome browser anomaly.
