I want to move files from AWS S3 bucket to Box folder. Is there any way to transfer files using workflow or box integration with AWS S3 bucket?

You may want to consider using Box Shuttle content migration tooling and services. AWS S3 is advanced, and you should reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to discuss Box Shuttle.
