Introducing the Streamlined Agent Builder Experience in Box Extract

We updated the Custom Extract Agent builder experience for end users within Box Extract, introducing the same agent building experience that was introduced as part of the AI-Generated Metadata Templates but without the ability to create a metadata template, providing a cleaner, more intuitive workflow for creating and testing Custom Extract Agents.

When selecting "Custom Extract Agent" from the "New" button, end users are displayed with the new Custom Extract Agent builder experience, which provides them with a split view that allows them to select an existing metadata template and configure AI instruction and prompts for more accurate extraction results. Users can also upload sample files to provide a more seamless agent building experience with the ability to view the types of files end users wish to extract data from as they view and configure the remaining Custom Extract Agent settings. 

Additionally, end users can test extraction results directly from the Custom Extract Agent builder experience to fine tune results for higher accuracy.
