We are incredibly excited to announce the ability for admins and co-admins to configure email validation settings for recipients who initiate signature requests when using ready-sign links in Box Sign! By default, when a ready-sign link is enabled through a reusable template, the recipient who initiates the ready-sign link signature request is required to validate themselves via a one time password that is sent to them via email before they can gain access to the signature request to complete it and enable the request to continue to the next step. This can create a number of different potential issues for organizations that are looking for a quick, self-serve way to create fillable and signable documents that they can embed anywhere they choose to collect e-signature or approvals:
- Email validation is an extra step that holds up the business process and creates significant delays.
- Depending on a recipient's email gateway, delivery of the validation email could be delayed or blocked entirely leading to incomplete signature requests.
- Some recipients do not own or maintain an email address, preventing them from simply signing or approving signature requests.

With this release, we are giving admins and co-admins granular control and flexibility over how they choose to manage and streamline their ready-sign link signature request experiences for their recipients by providing them with the following configurations:
- The ability to enable or disable email validation for the first recipient of all ready-sign link signature requests initiated across the entire account.
- Allow select users and/or groups to enable or disable the email validation setting when creating a ready-sign link from a reusable template or when configuring ready-sign link settings of an existing ready-sign link template.
