Users can configure different validation options to ensure the right data is applied by recipient to fields, including:
- Numbers: Automatically checks for numbers using 0 to 9 with no spaces and the option to include a period or comma in between the numbers.
- Email: Ensures the standard email address format (username@domain.tld) is used.
- Date: Confirms the proper date format based on the selected format option, including ISO, US, UK/EU, JP/CH/KO formats, and more.
- ZIP Code: Automatically ensures that the predefined ZIP code format requirements are met, which include four and five digit US Zip code formats, and the seven digit Japan ZIP code format.
- Social Security Number (SSN): Confirms that a proper US-based, nine digit social security number is properly entered.
